1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and okpley ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://okpley.cam and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or using any service provided by okpley, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of okpley services constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in any gaming activities on okpley. The Platform is intended solely for individuals who meet the legal gambling age requirements under Philippine law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

okpley employs age verification procedures during account registration. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, national ID, postal ID) to verify your identity and age. Failure to provide adequate verification may result in account suspension or closure without refund of any deposited funds.

2.2 Prohibited Jurisdictions

While okpley primarily serves Philippine-based players, certain jurisdictions prohibit online gambling. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of okpley complies with the laws of your country, state, or province of residence. If online gambling is prohibited in your jurisdiction, you must not register an account or use our services. okpley reserves the right to refuse service to users from restricted jurisdictions.

2.3 Account Registration Requirements

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password, PIN) and accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account;
• Immediately notify okpley of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

2.4 Account Verification and Know Your Customer (KYC)

okpley is required by law to verify the identity of all users to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, we may request:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, national ID);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, government correspondence) dated within the last three (3) months;
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank statement, GCash screenshot showing your name);
• Selfie photograph holding your ID and a note with the current date and "okpley" written on it.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied until KYC verification is complete. okpley reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

3. Account Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

3.1 Responsible Use

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted under your account. You must not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends. okpley will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the okpley Platform. Violation may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using automated software, bots, collusion, advantage play, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money Laundering: Using okpley to launder money or engage in any illegal financial activity;
• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions;
• Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: Initiating chargebacks, disputes, or reversals with payment providers after receiving services or funds from okpley;
• Abusive Behavior: Using offensive, threatening, or abusive language toward okpley staff or other players;
• Syndicate Play and Bonus Abuse: Coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses, promotions, or platform features;
• Providing False Information: Submitting fake, altered, or fraudulent identity documents during registration or verification;
• Hacking and System Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Platform's functionality or security.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

4.1 Deposits

okpley accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly or within thirty (30) minutes depending on the payment method used.

okpley does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, remittance center) may impose transaction fees, which are not controlled by okpley and are the sole responsibility of the player.

All deposits are final. Once funds are credited to your okpley account, they cannot be reversed or refunded except in cases of processing errors by okpley. If you believe a deposit error has occurred, contact our support team immediately with transaction details.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of available funds in your account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed);
• You must have wagered your deposited amount at least one (1) time to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations;
• Bonus wagering requirements, if applicable, must be met;
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100; maximum withdrawal per transaction varies by payment method;

okpley processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method. Current withdrawal fees are displayed during the withdrawal request process. okpley reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits and processing times at any time.

4.3 Currency and Exchange Rates

All transactions on okpley are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP at the exchange rate provided by our payment processor at the time of the transaction. okpley does not control exchange rates and is not responsible for currency conversion losses.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Rewards

5.1 General Bonus Terms

okpley offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotion page at the time of the offer. Bonus terms may include:

• Wagering requirements (e.g., 25x, 35x, 40x bonus amount or deposit + bonus);

Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount or the deposit plus bonus amount. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager ₱30,000 (₱1,000 × 30) before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.

Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely. Refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution percentages.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

okpley employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times;

7. Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your okpley account at any time by contacting customer support. Before your account is closed, you must withdraw all remaining funds. Once an account is closed, it cannot be reopened. Any unused bonuses, loyalty points, or promotional credits will be forfeited upon closure.

7.2 Self-Exclusion and Responsible Gaming

okpley offers self-exclusion tools as part of our commitment to responsible gaming. If you feel you need a break from gaming, you may self-exclude for periods of one (1) month, three (3) months, six (6) months, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, make deposits, or place bets.

Self-exclusion cannot be reversed once activated. If you self-exclude permanently, you will not be permitted to create a new account on okpley in the future.

7.3 Involuntary Account Suspension or Closure

okpley reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if:

• Multiple accounts are linked to the same individual;

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the okpley Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, images, and game interfaces, is the property of okpley or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or code;
• Use the okpley name, logo, or branding without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on another website.

Unauthorized use of okpley intellectual property may result in legal action and account termination.

9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty

The okpley Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. okpley does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, okpley, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of funds due to user error, unauthorized access, or payment provider issues;
• Technical malfunctions, software errors, or game bugs;
• Interruptions, delays, or unavailability of services;
• Third-party actions, including game provider failures or payment processor downtime.

In any event, okpley's total liability to you for all claims arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless okpley, its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your use of the Platform in violation of applicable laws;
• Your infringement of third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain account security.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. okpley operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting okpley customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI).

Arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, in the English language. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against okpley.

11. General Provisions

11.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
